Boring Lunch Today (Ti)

Extremely boring lunch today. I have a doctor's appointment so I didn't plan very well AND I have no food in the house. I had a can of Amy's Organic split pea soup. That's it. It's great but I needed some crackers or a piece of fruit to round it out.
I am about to leave work for the appointment and then afterwards, I plan to hit the market. Hope you all had a better lunch than I did.

I've always wanted to try the Amy's Organic soups, but I haven't gotten around to them just yet.
I have to admit that I can't even stomach the thought of split pea soup since my mom made it homemade once when I was small and then made me sit at the table until I ate it. I sat there for hours and to this day loathe peas. I generally like the other Amy's Organic Soups though and often have several cans in the pantry. :-)
