Had a full plate of Beef Kare Kare (Filipino version of the beef stew flavored and thickened in a peanut - based sauce, with a variety of vegetables). My sister cooked it for me and all I have to do is provide a complement (a real good one of course) and I was on my way through licking the very last sauce on the plate.

I've cooked Kare-Kare for family once before several years ago, and all the family LOVED it. Me? I'm not so crazy about peanut butter in savory dishes unless it is peanut noodles or satay with chicken. I guess too many PB&J sandwiches as a kid to make the jump to peanut butter with beef. LOL!
This looks really, really good. I miss meat!
