I had a late breakfast so I had a small lunch. The good news about not being terribly hungry at lunchtime is that I didn't have any leftovers I felt compelled to eat since we ate out last night. So I cracked open a can of Amy's Lentil Vegetable Soup and went to town.

I love lentil soup. I actually have lentil soup on my dinner menu this week for tomorrow night! Although I reserve the right to alter the menu at a moment's notice ... so it may not happen.
So Kristen, Abee, and Kara - all three had soup today. Hmmm... must be soup day.
