Lunch today was much better. I had a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread, a peach and apricot yoghurt, an apple and a small bowl of pineapples. This is mostly because I'd just finished a 30 minute Wii workout. I couldn't look at the pizza after that!

Oh my my. I did the Hula Hoop and boxing on Wii over the weekend. My arms were sore when I woke up Monday morning. Tonight I'm going to start with the Just Dance game and tomorrow I'm going to whine like a baby. I love Wii...

Peanut butter and banana on whole wheat is one of my favorite post workout lunches.

Love pb/banana sandwiches! Had pb toast for 1st b'fast today.
