Marinated and cooked in salt, soy sauce, black pepper, vinegar, olive oil, water, and garlic Chicken adobo a Filipino specialty close to my heart - my fav and probably the only food I know well how to cook. The distinc aroma seeping through my nose reminds me of grandma when she was still alive. Such a lovely lovely memory...
