I am a bit behind in posts but here is what I put together for today's lunch:
- 2 cups of Trader Joe's Organic Lentil soup.
- 1 slice of whole grain bread, with 2 slices of Tofu cheese, broiled in the toaster oven.
- 1 apple (which I am about to eat since I am still starving).
- Water (lots and lots)
With all of this healthy eating, I have lost a few additional pounds. I lose weight all the time and then gain it back, but this time I actually broke a plateau that I've been on for 6 weeks, so I'm happy about that.
