Did you know today is National Pie Day?
I made a chicken curry pot pie yesterday for dinner and had some leftovers for lunch today. It was a tad bit drier today than it was last night, but it was hot, sweet, savory and really hit the spot.

I wish I'd have known it was pie day! We did have pizza pie, does that count?
Me neither, didn't know about a National Pie Day yesterday, but I think pizza is a pie since it has crust. [I think].
Tad bid drier Christine? That sure does look very tasty to me.
