LeanCuisine Spinach Mushroom Deep Dish pizza

The pizza was very good. Only 340 calories, 7 g of fat (only 3 g saturated fat) and a whopping 18 g of protein. Sadly, though, it was very quick to eat. It's gone and I'm still a bit hungry. :(

I'll hold off, though, because my girls will be home from school in two hours and I will inevitably have a snack with them then.

I like those little pizzas, but can't see how it would be an entire meal for anyone older than about 4!

I read an article in Consumer Reports indicating that these lean meals are not meant to be an entire meal. You need to add a salad or a piece of fruit and even a glass of milk sometimes to make it complete. No wonder you are still hungry!

That makes a lot of sense, Ti. I ended up having some pretzels already. Will have an apple with peanut butter or something like that when my girls get home from school. In fact... time to go pick them up!
