Trying to be healthy...today I had half a tuna sandwich on nine-grain bread, kiwi lime yogurt, and half an apple. For dessert a 100 calorie nutty bar. I am making the family some chili for supper, but may opt for a salad for myself.

Do you put cheese on your tuna sandwich? Hmm. there may be a tuna melt in my future.

I love key lime yogurt. Probably my favorite yogurt flavor, actually.
