so i am new to this, i have been reading and now my first ever post!
today i had a salad with tomatoes, cheese and green peppers with Italian dressing. Not anything too exciting but still yummy

You know Italian dressing is my secret ingredient in everything! A salad would have been better than my lunch.

No, I'M the one with the most boring lunches. I think 7 out of 9 of my posts were the same thing: turkey on whole wheat, chips, diet soda. Over and over and over. I'm doing better this week...
Brynn, I love salad for lunch. Usually I'm too lazy to wash lettuce and cut stuff up in the middle of the day, though, so I rely on having done it the night before for dinner and then have left over salad to play with for lunch the next day.
You can never go wrong with Italian dressing. Very refreshing.
I love salads but italian dressing and I don't mix. I like those salad dressings that are in a spray bottle. Have you ever tried those? There is a neat Honey Mustard one a Raspberry one that's nice. I think Wishbone makes them.
That is too sad, Ti, I put Italian on anything. I've never tried the spray ones, I think because I tried the spray butter (margarine?) and was really unimpressed.
