I see salad everywhere...with grilled chicken, onions, oranges, tomatoes, egg, and green pepper toppings. My eyes are covered with green lettuce...lots of lettuce.
I love salad! But unless the greens and all the other mix ins have been prepped the night before, I'm just often too lazy to go through the trouble to make it for myself for lunch. I should though... I need to eat more vegetables and less carbs anyway if I'm ever going to drop any pounds here! Grr!
